Through this acquisition, Eclipse will expand its current portfolio of IT & Private Cloud Hosting Services & VOIP Telephone Systems, to include Public Cloud based Google Apps & Microsoft Azure Hosting services designed to better and more cost-effectively meet the day-to-day IT needs of small to midsize businesses (SMBs).
