Request Support: Existing Customers

Open a trouble ticket online:

  1. Look in the lower right corner of your computer screen where the clock is located to find our icon. Right- click on the icon and choose TROUBLE TICKET.
  2. This will automatically open your internet browser and display a management web page.
  3. On the left side menu bar, please choose: CREATE NEW TICKET.
  4. Please enter as much information as possible about the problem you are having. This will reduce the amount of time it takes to resolve your issue.

Open a trouble ticket via email:

  1. Click here to send an email to helpdesk@eclipse-networks.com.
  2. This will automatically submit a service ticket into our customer support system.
  3. On the left side menu bar, please choose: CREATE NEW TICKET.
  4. Please provide as much information as possible about the problem you are having. This will reduce the amount of time it takes to resolve your issue.
